Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of eduardosautobody.com. Repair work is governed by the estimate, authorization, final invoice, any written warranty provided for that repair, and applicable law.
Agreement and operator
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. This website is operated by:
Eduardos Auto Body Corp.
If you use this website on behalf of another person or business, you represent that you have authority to act for that person or business.
Website information
The site provides general information about collision, body, and painting repair services and our East Boston and Malden locations. Website content is not a diagnosis, estimate, repair authorization, guarantee of repairability, promise of completion time, insurance coverage decision, or legal advice.
We try to keep the site accurate, but vehicle condition, parts availability, hidden damage, insurer review, and other circumstances can affect a repair. Call or visit a shop for information about a specific vehicle.
Estimates, authorization, and repairs
No website visit creates a repair contract. A repair begins only after the shop and customer complete the required estimate and authorization process. Additional or changed work may require additional authorization. Massachusetts repair rules can require notice and customer permission when additional repairs are needed or the price will exceed an estimate by more than the amount allowed by law.
Repair terms, pricing, parts, timing, payment, pickup, storage, and any warranty are controlled by the documents issued for the specific repair and applicable law. No storage or towing charge is stated on this site because those business terms have not been verified. Ask the shop for written disclosure before leaving a vehicle. See Massachusetts Auto Repair Rights and our Warranty Policy.
Insurance matters
We work with insurers, but an insurer independently decides coverage, claim value, deductibles, payment, and policy obligations. Assistance with a claim does not make Eduardo's Auto Body an insurer, agent, adjuster, or guarantor of coverage. You remain responsible for understanding your policy and for amounts not paid by an insurer, subject to applicable law and the repair documents you sign.
Calls, texts, and links
If you contact us, you authorize us to respond through the channel you use or request, subject to applicable law. Marketing text consent is not required to purchase services. Text messages are governed by the SMS Terms and Conditions, and personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
The site may link to mapping, social media, government, or other third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. A link does not imply endorsement.
Ownership and acceptable use
Site text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, layout, and code are owned by Eduardo's Auto Body or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print a reasonable copy for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, sell, scrape, interfere with, attempt unauthorized access to, or misuse the site.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available and without website-specific warranties, express or implied. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising only from use of, or inability to use, this website.
These website limitations do not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived. They do not replace or reduce obligations concerning authorized repair work, written warranties, Massachusetts consumer protection law, or implied warranties that apply by law.
Governing law and disputes
Massachusetts law governs these website terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a website-related dispute, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to address it. Nothing here prevents either party from using a court or government complaint process available under law. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these website terms.
Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A addresses unfair or deceptive business practices. See Chapter 93A on the General Court website.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material repair terms already agreed in writing are not changed merely by updating this webpage.
