Accessibility Statement
Eduardo's Auto Body is committed to making its website and customer interactions accessible to people with disabilities and to providing a practical way to request assistance.
Our commitment
We aim to provide people with disabilities an equal opportunity to obtain information about our collision repair services, contact our shops, and complete repair-related communications. We do not claim that every page or third-party service is free of accessibility barriers, but we want to identify and address barriers promptly.
The U.S. Department of Justice states that the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to businesses open to the public under Title III and provides guidance on web accessibility. See Guidance on Web Accessibility and the ADA.
Website accessibility approach
Our design and maintenance goal is to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA as a practical benchmark, while recognizing that the Department of Justice guidance for private businesses does not present WCAG 2.1 AA as a universal regulation in the same way as the separate Title II rule for state and local governments.
Accessibility measures in this build include semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-accessible links and controls, visible focus styles, text alternatives for meaningful images, responsive layouts, high contrast, reduced-motion support where animation is used, and text that can reflow on smaller screens.
Known and third-party limitations
Some content or services controlled by third parties, such as social media, mapping applications, carrier messaging, insurer systems, or linked documents, may not meet the same accessibility benchmark. We do not control those services, but we will try to provide the same information or service through another reasonable method when possible.
Complex vehicle images, claim documents, or repair photographs may require explanation. Contact us if an image or document is not usable with your assistive technology.
Assistance and feedback
If you have difficulty using this website or need information in another format, call either shop. Please describe the page, feature, or document involved; the assistive technology and browser you use, if relevant; and the best way to respond. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.
Do not send sensitive medical, payment, insurance, or identity information through an unsecured feedback message. Contact either shop by phone if you need accessibility assistance.
We welcome feedback and will not retaliate against anyone for requesting accessibility assistance.
Access at our shops
For questions about physical access, communication assistance, or a reasonable modification for an appointment, call the location you plan to visit in advance when possible. Describe what you need so the shop can discuss an effective option. Advance notice is helpful but is not a condition for asking for assistance.
